Installation Console
Each Glassfish plan has its own installation, thus each account has
complete access to the Glassfish Administration console.
As is the case for other Java Application Servers, Glassfish requires
a generous amount of available memory. Here at WebAppCabaret, we do
not include SWAP space in our memory
calculations (a common practice by other providers).
We make sure our servers are not crammed so that only real physical
memory is used, thus ensuring unparalleled performance when you deploy
your applications on a Glassfish installation at WebAppCabaret.
In addition, all plans are configured with NETWORK RAID to ensure your
data is always available. We use an Hybrid in our HA NETWORK RAID
Architecture. With our NETWORK RAID, data is written to the live server
and simultaneously transfered as raw disk blocks to another standby server.
This provides a level of redundancy way above and beyond regular DISK RAID.
Also if a live server goes down, it automatically fail-over to the standby
server.
